Jay Medical Wheelchair Combi Cushion & Lumbar Support
& "JAY Active Back" System!
The Jay Combi Cushion is made up of a cushion and a contoured
foam back
support. Both have 2 different types of foam material. A soft
outer foam and
an inner & firmer foam covered by a breathable polyester
material.
The Jay Active Back support system is a rigid construction made
up of a
thick plastic backing and a form fitting foam. The Combi's
Lumbar attachment
can be added to this for further support!
Both of these items were in use for approximately one year and
are in very
good condition and showing a minimum of wear. The fasteners for
the Jay Active
Back are missing but a trip to your local dealer should produce
them quite easily.
Or could even be replaced with automotive hose worm clamps!
Both items fit the 16 inch wheelchairs! The seat cushion is 16"
x 18"
